Shanghai Ice

Ingredient
- 200 gr sugar palm fruit with red and green color
- 50 gr biji delima (red tapioca pearls), boiled then wash with cold water
- 50 gr boiled tolo beans
- 1 square of grass jelly, cut into cube
- 1 pack Nata de Coco Prima Rasa 360 gr, separate nata cube from the syrup, set aside
- Flaked fresh coconut meat

Steps
- Arrange the ingredients in the bowl
- Put shaved ice on top
- Pour evaporated milk and frambozen syrup according to taste
- Ready to serve
